We have produced a revised platform on which we can develop further our IT content. We have also added some specialist pages, a client login section (more on this in the near future), a careers section, and plenty of opportunities to contact us. Our webservices form a distinct part of our work and Luigi Rodriguez now heads Internet Services. A website dedicated to this is under construction but it has its own section on this website. A portfolio of past works can be viewed. More info as it becomes available. n-wss visual shape upWe have been working on our image a bit lately. We are proud of the work we do and so we have introduced uniforms for some of our staff, new signage for our offices and vehicles and added two new motobikes to our fleet to ensure we do not have any excuse not to get to you. We have also started advertising our services on local magazines. n-wss is a bit of a mouthful and although we are obviously well known by our clients we thought it would help everyone concerned if we raised our profile a bit. Don't worry as well as the superficial we are carying out an overhaul of our resources and processes....... RecruitmentWe have a vacancy for a very competent IT prefessional willing to undertake current support activity as well as join the team in developing our technology strategy for the future. And on the contract sideOur continued commitment to make our IT task implementation water tight and our invoicing fair continues. We are introducing some small measures to improve our accountability to you the client, the traceability of tasks by you the client and a new pricing structure. n-wss at the 2008 Careers Fair eventn-wss took part in the recent careers fair at the Tercentenary Sports Hall organised by Bayside and Westside comprehensive schools. Staff updateThere are a few new faces and some of our clients have been asking who they are, so here we go. Luigi Rodriguez has been appointed Internet Services Manager which marks an important development in the support of our clients, as this medium becomes more important in all aspects of IT support, be it Website design, online functions, other Internet related matters such as its use as a means of communicating between sites. Dylan Lucas is responsible for onsite corporate IT support as well as aspects of software development. Terry Morrison maintains our clients day to day requirements. Kevin Stimson supports our Point of Sale customers as well as maintaining our sales and purchasing processes. Macu Torrilla has joined us to boost our administrative side of things and is assisted by Damian Cid de la Paz. We currently very happy to have yet another in a line of VTS trainees Stuart Falzun who is a trainee workshop IT technician.
