For this purpose our helpdesk is made up of technicians and engineers who also attend to problems and implementations on site. This makes them knowledgeable of real problems like the one you face when you clients call us. If someone cannot attend to you immediately over the phone, you will receive a call back and if the problem cannot be resolved over the phone we will collect the equipment or attend to it on site.
